For INSIDE Dhaka You Must have to Check the parcel in front of the Delivery man Because after the delivery man left we will not take any kind of Complain from you. Make sure you have checked your parcel in front of our Delivery man.
Action will be taken against you if you retuturn the delivery man over without the product.

The product cannot be checked inside the house without leaving the delivery man outside. You have to check your product in front of our Delivery man

Return Policy

Once when a product is already delivered BEAUTYBAAZ is always concern about Customers Satisfaction. If you receive a Damaged, Defective and Wrong product we will assure you for a quick solution and not be charged you for any additional shipping charges .But you must have to maintain some of our Return and cancellation Policies

If you find any damaged and wrong product immediately inform our “BEAUTYBAAZ Customer Department” along with a picture and return it instantly.(INSIDE DHAKA)

If you find any damaged and wrong product immediately inform our “BEAUTYBAAZ Customer Department” along with a picture and return it within 3 days from the day you received the product-(OUTSIDE DHAKA) and we will send you the correct one.

Products must have to be intact; however there can be some exceptions. (Conditions Apply)
If the customer chooses or places an order by themselves and want to return/change the product (except damaged products) the request will not be accepted.
After your Order Confirmation if you don’t receive the product from the delivery man without any major issues you will mark as a FRAUD Customer.
And in case of return for some exceptional circumstances, you must have to pay the transportation cost.
You have to return the Original invoice along with the return products.
